Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) This Order may be cited as the Freedom of Information (Additional Public Authorities) Order 2008.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 2 nd June 2008.

Section 2Additional public authorities
The bodies listed in the Schedule to this Order shall be added to Part 6 of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000, at the appropriate place in each case.
