The Greater London Authority Act 2007 (Commencement No.4 and Saving) Order 2008
Section 2Provision coming into force on 27th June 2008
Subject to article 3, section 30 of the Greater London Authority Act 2007 shall come into force on 27th June 2008.
Section 3Saving
Section 15 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 shall continue to apply, in the form in which it was in force immediately before 27th June 2008, in relation to any local development scheme submitted to the Secretary of State before that date.
