Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2008.

Section 2Commencement

Part 1, Chapter 2 (Alcohol Disorder Zones) (sections 15 to 20) of the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 shall come into force on 5th June 2008.
