Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment, Use and Certification) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 13th July 2008.

Section 2 Preliminary

The Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment, Use and Certification) Regulations 1981 shall be amended as follows.

Section 3 Amendment to regulation 46 (applications and fees for certificates of initial fitness)

In regulation 46(1), for “the PSV Centre at Welcombe House, 91-92 The Strand, Swansea, SA1 2DH” substitute “such office of the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency as he may direct”.

Section 4 Increases in fees

In the regulations specified in column (1) of the following Table for each amount specified in column (2) substitute the amount specified in column (3).
