Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Cycles Etc. (Single Vehicle Approval) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 13th July 2008.

Section 2Increases in fees

(1) The Motor Cycles Etc. (Single Vehicle Approval) (Fees) Regulations 2003 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In the regulations specified in column (1) of the Table below, for each amount specified in column (2) substitute the amount specified in column (3).
