Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Registration of Local Services) (Amendment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 1st August 2008.

(2) These regulations extend to England and Wales .

Section 2Amendment of the principal Regulations

— The Public Service Vehicles (Registration of Local Services) Regulations 1986 are amended as follows.
(1) In regulation 12(1)(b), for “£54” substitute “£57”; and
(2) In regulation 12(2)(b), for “£54” substitute “£57”.
