These Regulations may be cited as the Road Transport (International Passenger Services) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 1 st August 2008.

Section 2
Regulation 14 of the Road Transport (International Passenger Services) Regulations 1984 is amended as follows —
(1) In paragraph (2A), for “£11” substitute “£12.”
(2) In paragraph (3), for “£160” substitute “£168.”
(3) In paragraph (3A), for “£163” substitute “£171.”
(4) In paragraph (4), for “£34” substitute “£36.”
(5) In paragraph (5A), for “£5” substitute “£6.”
