Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 13th July 2008.

Section 2Increases in fees

(1) The International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnet (Fees) Regulations 1988 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In the regulations specified in column (1) of the Table below, for each amount specified in column (2) substitute the amount specified in column (3).
