Section 2Amendment of the Legal Services Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitory Provisions) Order 2008
(1) The Legal Services Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitory Provisions) Order 2008 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2(d)(ii) for “, 113(b)(iii),” substitute—
and 113(b)(iii);
(iii) in Part 3, paragraphs
