Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Designated Institutions) (Amendment) (England) Order 2008 and comes into force on 1st August 2008.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England.

Section 2Amendment of the Education (Designated Institutions) Order 1989

The Education (Designated Institutions) Order 1989 is amended as follows.

Section 3Amendment of the Education (Designated Institutions) Order 1989

In Part 2 of the Schedule to the Order omit “Royal College of Nursing, Institute of Advanced Nursing Education (London)”.
