Section 1Citation and Commencement
This Order may be cited as the Safety of Sports Grounds (Designation) (No.2) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 18th July 2008.

Section 2Designation
The sports ground specified in Schedule 1 (being a sports ground which, in the opinion of the Secretary of State, has accommodation for more than 10,000 spectators) is designated as a sports ground requiring a safety certificate under the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975.
Section 3Designation
The sports ground specified in Schedule 2 (being a sports ground at which association football matches are played, which is occupied by a club which is a member of the Football League Limited or the Football Association Premier League Limited and which in the opinion of the Secretary of State has accommodation for more than 5,000 spectators) is designated as a sports ground requiring a safety certificate under the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975.
