Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 1st August 2008.

Section 2Amendment of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986
(1) Schedule 7B to the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 7, for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—
(b) “the emissions publication” is the publication entitled “In Service Exhaust Emission Standards for Road Vehicles – Fourteenth Edition” ( ISBN 978-0-9549352-3-8) published by the Department for Transport.
