Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2006 (Disapplication of Section 25) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 25th July 2008.

Section 2Disapplication of section 25 of the Terrorism Act 2006

Section 25 of the Terrorism Act 2006 is disapplied for a period of one year beginning with the coming into force of this Order.
