Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (Dudley) Designation Order 2008 and shall come into force on 7th July 2008.

The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (The Borough Council of Dudley) Designation Order 2008 is revoked.
Section 3Designation of civil enforcement area and special enforcement area
The Secretary of State designates the whole of the area of the metropolitan district of The Borough Council of Dudley as—
(a) a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions; and
(b) a special enforcement area.
