Section 1Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 1st August 2008.

Section 2Amendment to the Film Co-Production Agreements Order 1985

The Films Co-Production Agreements Order 1985 shall be amended by substituting for the schedule the following–

Section 3Revocation

The Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 2007 is revoked.
