Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) (No. 2) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 8th August 2008.

Section 2Designation

The bodies listed in the Schedule to this Order are designated in respect of the financial year ending on 31st March 2008 for the purposes of section 10 of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000.

Section 3Revocation

The Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order 2008 is revoked.
