Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2008 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

In Schedule 2 (Proscribed Organisations) to the Terrorism Act 2000 , for “Hizballah External Security Organisation” substitute “The military wing of Hizballah, including the Jihad Council and all units reporting to it (including the Hizballah External Security Organisation).”.
