Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Adventure Activities Licensing (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 1st October 2008.

Section 2Amendment of the Adventure Activities Licensing Regulations 2004

In regulation 5 of the Adventure Activities Licensing Regulations 2004 , for “£620” substitute “£715”.
