This Order may be cited as the Crown Office Fees Order 2008 and shall come into force on 11th August 2008.

The Crown Office Fees Order 2008
Section 2
The fees set out in column 2 of the Schedule to this Order shall be taken in the office of the Clerk of the Crown in Chancery in respect of the matters described in column 1.
Section 3
The Crown Office Fees Order 2003 is revoked.
