This Order may be cited as The Designation of Rural Primary Schools (England) Order 2008 and comes into force on 28 th July 2008.

Section 2Designation of rural primary schools.
The schools published on the Department for Children, Schools and Families’ website in a list called “Designated Rural Primary Schools” on 28th July 2008 are designated as rural primary schools in England.
Section 3Revocation
The Designation of Rural Primary Schools (England) Order 2007 is revoked.
