Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Register) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 29th August 2008 .

Section 2Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Register) Regulations 2004

(1) In regulation 4(1)(a) of the Wireless Telegraphy (Register) Regulations 2004 (the “principal Regulations”) after “Parts 1 to 8” insert “and 10”.

(2) After Part 9 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations add a new Part 10 as follows—
