Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 12th September 2008.

Section 2Dangerous Goods

In regulation 5(1) of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Regulations 1998 , for “the booklet entitled “Dangerous Traffic”, 13th Edition issued in 2005” there shall be substituted “the booklet entitled “Dangerous Traffic”, 14th Edition issued in 2007”.
