Section 1 Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 1st January 2009.

Section 2 Amendment of Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002

The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002 are amended by substituting for the definition of “Technical Instructions” in Regulation 3(1)—

‘Technical Instructions’ means the 2009–2010 English language edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation;
