Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of East Sussex) (Borough of Eastbourne) Designation Order 2008 and shall come into force on 13th October 2008.

The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of East Sussex) (Borough of Eastbourne) Designation Order 2008
Section 2Designation of civil enforcement area and special enforcement area
(1) The Secretary of State designates the area described in paragraph (2) as—
(a) a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions; and
(b) a special enforcement area.
(2) This Order applies to the area of the Borough of Eastbourne with the exception of all off-street parking places provided by Eastbourne Borough Council pursuant to section 32(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 .
