Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Consumer Credit Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2008.

Section 2Amendment of Order

(1) The Consumer Credit Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2008 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 3(2) for “1st October 2008” substitute “31st October 2008”.
(3) In the heading to Schedule 3 for “1ST OCTOBER 2008” substitute “31ST OCTOBER 2008”.
