This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons (Examination of Commonwealth and Foreign Candidates) (Amendment) Regulations Order of Council 2008 and comes into force on 1st October 2008.

Section 1Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons (Examination of Commonwealth and Foreign Candidates) (Amendment) Regulations 2008.
Section 2Amendments to the Veterinary Surgeons (Examination of Commonwealth and Foreign Candidates) Regulations 2005
In the Veterinary Surgeons (Examination of Commonwealth and Foreign Candidates) Regulations 2005 for the Schedule substitute—
FEES FOR SITTING THE WHOLE OR PART OF THE STATUTORY EXAMINATION
The following fees are specified for the purposes of Regulation 9:—
(1) Fee for sitting the whole of the statutory examination, £1200 + £230 administration charge = £1,430.
(2) Fee for sitting one or two subject(s) of the statutory examination separately under Regulation 5, £600 + £115 administration charge = £715.
