These Regulations may be cited as the Student Fees (Amounts) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 1st September 2009.

Section 2Increases to the prescribed basic and higher amounts
The Student Fees (Amounts) (England) Regulations 2004 are amended as follows:
(a) in regulation 4 for “£1255” substitute “£1285” and for “£3145” substitute “£3225”, and
(b) in regulation 5 for “£625” substitute “£640” and for “£1570” substitute “£1610”.
Section 3Revocation of the Student Fees (Amounts) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2007
The Student Fees (Amounts) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 are revoked.
