Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Digital Switchover (Disclosure of Information) Act 2007 (Prescription of Information) (Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 27th October 2008.

Section 2 Substitutions

In article 3(4) of the Digital Switchover (Disclosure of Information) (Prescription of Information) Order 2007 —

(a) in the definition of “Digital Switchover Help Scheme”, for “30th April 2007” substitute “28th March 2008 ”; and

(b) in the definition of “qualifying individual”, for “clause 8(1)(b)(i)” substitute “clause 8(1)(b)”.
