Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Act 2007 (Prescribed Charity) Order 2008 and comes into force on 3rd November 2008.

Section 2Prescribed charity

The charity prescribed for the purposes of section 194(8) of the Legal Services Act 2007 is the Access to Justice Foundation (charity registration number 1126147).
