Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Economic Regulation of Airports (Designation) Order (Amendment) Order 2008 and comes into force on 1st April 2009.

Section 2Amendment of the Economic Regulation of Airports (Designation) Order 1986

The Economic Regulation of Airports (Designation) Order 1986 is amended as follows.

Section 3Amendment of the Economic Regulation of Airports (Designation) Order 1986

In article 2 omit “Manchester International Airport”.
