Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) (Amendment) Order 2008 and comes into force on 21st November 2008.

Section 2 Amendment of the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2007

The Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2007 is amended as follows—
