(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) (Amendment) Order 2008 and comes into force on 21st November 2008.

The Education (Listed Bodies) (England) (Amendment) Order 2008
The Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2007 is amended as follows—
In section 1 of part 1 the Schedule—
(a) Omit—
