Section 1Title, extent and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Charges for Residues Surveillance (Amendment) Regulations 2008, extend to Great Britain and come into force on 12th December 2008.

Section 2Amendment of the Charges for Residues Surveillance Regulations 2006
(1) The Charges for Residues Surveillance Regulations 2006 are amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In regulation 2, for the definition of fish substitute ““fish” means any farmed fish;”.
(3) In Schedule 1, for the table, substitute the table in the Schedule to these Regulations.
Section 3Revocation
The Charges for Residues Surveillance (Amendment) Regulations 2007 are revoked.
