Section 1Citation, commencement, and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Childcare (Provision of Information About Young Children) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 1st January 2009.

(2) These Regulations apply only in relation to England.

Section 2Amendment to the Childcare (Provision of Information About Young Children) (England) Regulations 2008

(1) The Childcare (Provision of Information About Young Children) (England) Regulations 2008 are amended as follows.

(2) In Regulation 4(3) after “is requested” insert “and the item of information at paragraph 10 of Part 2 of the Schedule if requested”.
