Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment No. 2) Order 2008.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 5 th December 2008.

Section 2Amendment of the Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2008

The Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2008 is amended as follows.

In article 5, in paragraph 2, for the words in quotation marks substitute —
