This Order may be cited as the UK Borders Act 2007 (Code of Practice on Children) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 6 th January 2009.

The Code of Practice for Keeping Children Safe from Harm issued by the Secretary of State for the Home Department shall come into force on 6 th January 2009.
