Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Nuclear Installations) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 16th January 2009.

Section 2

The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Nuclear Installations) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows.

Section 3

In Schedule 2, in column 3 of the entry for Rosyth, for “560121N 0032709W” substitute “560147N 0032703W”.
