Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Register) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 5th January 2009.

Section 2Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Register) Regulations 2004

Part 4 of the Schedule to the Wireless Telegraphy (Register) Regulations 2004 is amended by inserting in Column 2 of Part 4 of the Schedule after “422.0 MHz to 424.0 MHz”—
542–550 MHz
742–750 MHz
758–766 MHz
