Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Cheshire) (City of Chester and Borough of Ellesmere Port & Neston) Designation Order 2008 and shall come into force on 8th January 2009.

Section 2Designation of civil enforcement area and special enforcement area

The Secretary of State designates the area described in the Schedule as—
(a) a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions; and
(b) a special enforcement area.
