Section 1Title, application and commencement

These Regulations—

(a) may be cited as the Products of Animal Origin (Third Country Imports) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008;

(b) apply in England; and

(c) come into force on 15th January 2009.

Section 2Amendment to the Products of Animal Origin (Third Country Imports) Regulations

Schedule 1 to the Products of Animal Origin (Third Country Imports) (England) Regulations 2006 is replaced with the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
