Section 2Citation and commencement
The new rates substituted by regulation 3 shall come into force in accordance with the Rates of Child Benefit (Commencement) Order 2008 .
Section 3Amendment of the Child Benefit (Rates) Regulations 2006
In regulation 2(1) of the Child Benefit (Rates) Regulations 2006 —
(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£18.80” substitute “£20.00”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “£12.55” substitute “£13.20”.
