Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Consistent Financial Reporting (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 11th February 2008.

(2) These Regulations apply only in relation to England.

Section 2Amendments to the Consistent Financial Reporting (England) Regulations 2003

(1) The Schedule to the Consistent Financial Reporting (England) Regulations 2003 is amended as follows.

(2) Before “B01 (Committed Revenue Balances)”, insert—
