These Regulations may be cited as the European Qualifications (Health and Social Care Professions) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 31st March 2008.

Section 2Amendment of the commencement arrangements in the European Qualifications (Health and Social Care Professions) Regulations 2007
In regulation 1 of the European Qualifications (Health and Social Care Professions) Regulations 2007 (citation, commencement and extent), in paragraph (3), for “on 1st April 2008” substitute “on the coming into force of article 21 of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007 (the Register of Pharmacy Technicians)”.
