Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) (Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 6th April 2008.

Section 2Amendment

The Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 1999 is amended in accordance with article 3.

Section 3Amendment

After the entry relating to Scottish Social Services Council, there shall be inserted the entries set out in the Schedule to this Order.
