Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1 and Saving Provisions) (Amendment) (England) Order 2008 and comes into force on 17th January 2008.

(2) This Order applies only in relation to England.

Section 2Amendment of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (Commencement No 1 and Saving Provisions) Order 2006

In article 4 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (Commencement No 1 and Saving Provisions) Order 2006 , for the words after “section 94 of SSFA 1998” to the end substitute “in respect of decisions on admissions communicated before 1st March 2008.”.
