Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Statistics of Trade (Customs and Excise) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 1st April 2008.

Section 2Amendment of the Statistics of Trade (Customs and Excise) Regulations 1992
(1) The Statistics of Trade (Customs and Excise) Regulations 1992 shall be amended as follows.
(2) For the forms set out in the Schedule there shall be substituted the forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
