This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 2007 section 46 (Commencement) Order 2008.

Section 2Commencement of section 46 of the Finance Act 2007

Section 46 (1) to (3) and (5) to (7) of the Finance Act 2007 comes into force on 6th April 2008.
