Section 1 Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Greater London Authority Act 2007 (Commencement No.3) Order 2008.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 6th April 2008

The following provisions of the Greater London Authority Act 2007 shall come into force on 6th April 2008—

(a) sections 31 to 36;

(b) section 45;

(c) sections 47 to 49;

(d) section 51; and

(e) section 57 and Schedule 2, so far as they are not yet in force and so far as they give effect to the repeals relating to the Museum of London Act 1986 .
