Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on the 1 st April 2008.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations

In regulation 10 of the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 2002 (registration and issue of registration document), in paragraph (1) for “£50” there shall be substituted “£55”.
