Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Consumer Credit (Exempt Agreements) (Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 6th April 2008.

Section 2Amendment to the Consumer Credit (Exempt Agreements) Order 1989

In Part II of Schedule 1 to the Consumer Credit (Exempt Agreements) Order 1989 , after the entry relating to the Commission for the New Towns insert—
