Section 1Citation, commencement and extent
(1) This Order may be cited as the Police Authorities (Best Value) Performance Indicators Order 2008.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 1st April 2008.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales.

Section 2Performance indicators
The performance indicators by reference to which the performance of each police authority in England and Wales in exercising their functions can be measured are specified in the Schedule.
Section 3Revocation
The following Orders are revoked—
(a) the Police Authorities (Best Value) Performance Indicators Order 2005 ; and
(b) the Police Authorities (Best Value) Performance Indicators (Amendment) Order 2006 .
